I'm a new tenant. The building is old, but the common areas are very clean and professionally maintained. The leasing process was efficient and very professional. So far, management has responded professionally to the small maintenance issues I have brought to their attention. Parking is convenient. I've never waited long for the elevator.
It's loud as the windows are the original and very inefficient.
My apartment is otherwise quite comfortable with newly refurbished appliances, flooring and... carpeting.

If you’re someone who’s learning how to become more independent, and self-sufficient I think you might thrive in this community. When I moved here two years ago, I was ready to start living my new life and what made it a bit less scary was the kindness and generosity that my neighbors have shown me. Whether casually passing by in the lobby, striking up a conversation with neighbors on the elevator, to distracting the mail-lady when she stops by Vintage Towers on her route this community will... make you feel like you belong. If you do live here, I’m certain that no matter where you are in your journey, you’ll look back on your stay here with gratitude for all the experiences you’ve had and in one of San Jose’s most involved areas.

Vintage Towers is the best place to live. They do repairs and are friendly professional
