A very pleasant and resort feel apartment
Clean and full of nature
Gives good vibes nice neighbors
The apartment is very clean with new appliances and everything is kept clean
And they also have valet living meaning trash will be collected outside your house and u don’t need to walk to the garbage centre.

I’ve lived here for over five years. Overall, it’s been okay—I personally preferred the previous manager, Kim. If I had to give some suggestions, I’d hope for fewer in-unit inspections. Also, it would be great if the community could remind parents not to let unsupervised children run around shouting all day—it’s very disruptive.
Another serious issue is the group of ducks that have taken over the complex. They leave droppings everywhere, which is really disgusting, especially since they often... take over the pool. It’s covered in duck poop!
The laundry machines are also way too expensive. With rent being this high, it’s frustrating that laundry isn’t included and still costs so much.
And every Monday after the maintenance crew comes by, my yard ends up full of dust and leaves! The squirrels are also out of control—they’re constantly digging in my flower pots!

I've been here for over four months, and I really like it. The surroundings are great, and the people living here are friendly. The only issue is a bit of noise from the unit above me—I can clearly hear footsteps whenever they walk, and sometimes they take showers between 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM. Since I have to wake up early for work, this sometimes disrupts my sleep. If not for that, this place would easily be 5 stars or more! Overall, things have been good so far, and I appreciate the staff for... keeping the place well-maintained.

community. the amenities are good and i love that almost everyone here is dog friendly but i wish there was more presence of the management.
