This is my thirteenth year as a tenant, and not once have I felt unsafe or unhappy living here. The location is walking distances from downtown. Nearby, there is a shopping center called the plant, a Costco, Cinelux theater, and if you're into hockey, the sharks ice plex recently finished building a new stadium for the Barracuda hockey team. Across the street, there is a Mexican restaurant that sells good burritos. I enjoy a good milk tea every once in a while, so if you're the same, you can... also check out the milk tea shop across the street.
I've been here a while, so I've seen the many staff changes, and to be honest, I've never experienced any rudeness or lack of help from anyone. When a request is made, the office contacts maintenance and maintenance does their job. I'll end with this; Throughout the years of living here, I've had the pleasure of meeting many staff members, all nice. But if I had to pick one that stood out the most, it would have to be Ty. This guy makes living here that much better. He always shows up, smiling, has something positive to say, and he makes sure your questions are answered before he leaves. In my opinion, you can see that he cares about the tenants and means it. We're not family, yet he treats you like his brother.

INSPECTIONS UPON INSPECTIONS WITHOUT FIXING ANYTHING THEY CLOSE POOL ON A REGULAR BASIS MANAGER IS RUDE THEY MAKE YOU WANT TO MOVE ALL THE TIME. TELL YOU WHAT YOU CAN HAVE ON YOUR PATIO WITH A THREE DAY PERFORM OR QUIT NOTICE. PARKING SUCKS

This apartment stinks ! It's dirty , cheap equipment, noisy people , ridiculous rent prices , lazy janitors, not very good people that live here , stupid parking rules , and very small apartments
