There are a lot of cars in the garage that don’t have permits. So when I come home, especially on the weekends, there are no spots. If you get towed, you’re just unlucky. The gates do close, but there is a gate inside the garage that seems to randomly work. So sometimes you get stuck behind people with no fob and no permit trying to get in and expect you to let them in since you’re stuck too. I’ve seen the towing company only check handicap placards. People speed too which is why the pillars... have dents or scratches. Garage is full of trash and people don’t adhere to the valet trash rules. There are email reminders but nobody enforces. Drinks are all over the parking spots especially on the higher floors. There’s a large box of used Modelos in the garage since the start of the World Cup and it’s getting grosser and grosser. Super nice complex. I have just moved in and it has been a great experience so far. Leasing office staff was very accommodating and made the process very easy.

Even though we just moved in, from the very start of the first tour we took until about a week into living here, we truly enjoy this commynity. The leasing office has been extremely helpful and any questions or comcernes the we have get responded to immediately. You can tell their goal is to make sure the residents are happy and taken care of.
