Really enjoying our time here so far! Love the dog park and close proximity to downtown SJ! Staff has also been wonderful and helpful.

Only issue thus far is the apartment smell so we got air purifier to solve that problem.

The apartment is mostly clean and has many good utilities. I saw dog pee on the elevator, but they cleaned quickly and they announced all residents to remind for pet policy. It has good security too.

Been living here since 2018 and it's gone visibly downhill. The hallways are constantly dirty. I'm going to have to stop having packages delivered here because it's so unsafe. Packages are literally left anywhere and everywhere around the building. The building itself is also unsafe. The gate is finally closed after it's been broken and wide open for months, but it won't surprise me if it breaks again soon to be honest. Quick responses to emails, property is very clean and leasing office is very communicative. Leasing office holds delivery people accountable, if locker is full they must deliver to apartment door. Parking is great too, first come first serve situation, but there is so many spots available, so there is no issues and it’s inside a gated garage.

It's OK. I'd do 3.5 stars if I could. Amenities are good overall (although the pool is shaded in the afternoon which is annoying to me). Good proximity to grocery stores and downtown.
