Been living here since 2018 and it's gone visibly downhill. The hallways are constantly dirty. I'm going to have to stop having packages delivered here because it's so unsafe. Packages are literally left anywhere and everywhere around the building. The building itself is also unsafe. The gate is finally closed after it's been broken and wide open for months, but it won't surprise me if it breaks again soon to be honest. I don't think the place is a lost cause, but it's definitely far from what... it used to be.

Please contact us so that we can work with you to resolve any remaining... issues ASAP. If you see anything unsightly in the hallways please let us know right away and we will be happy to clean them up. Our hallways are cleaned twice per week, and our teams do try and clean up as needed throughout the week if they see any trash, etc. We understand the frustrations regarding the package deliveries and have been working closely with delivery personnel to report these issues and help improve the experience for all of our residents. Quick responses to emails, property is very clean and leasing office is very communicative. Leasing office holds delivery people accountable, if locker is full they must deliver to apartment door. Parking is great too, first come first serve situation, but there is so many spots available, so there is no issues and it’s inside a gated garage.

It's OK. I'd do 3.5 stars if I could. Amenities are good overall (although the pool is shaded in the afternoon which is annoying to me). Good proximity to grocery stores and downtown.

Modern apartments close to downtown. Amazing gym facility with all the needed machines, spacious. Pet friendly: pet garden, play area, and wash center Security has been improved over years.

Tow car even with parking pass
Even though we payed for an extra parking pass they still towed my girlfriend car at 3 am. This apartment has had a break-in in the last 12 months. Staffs seem to be missing during their listed office hours.

Hi! Thank you for the note - we'd prefer you bring this to us so we can look into it.
It is the resident's responsibility to make sure that your parking pass is visible on your car when you park - it's the only way that the tow company or security... are able to know who is allowed to park, and who is not. Towing unauthorized vehicles that were taking up residents' spaces was a #1 request from residents - and we've made sure every resident was warned and aware so that no residents would get towed.
I believe you and your girlfriend both put in anonymous 1-star reviews on the same day with the same content. Most of our reviews are positive, particularly about our staff. We encourage you to bring your concerns to us so that we can address them. We would love to understand which days /times you noted that we weren't available in the office during posted hours - we do our best to keep the office open unless absolutely necessary, even staggering our lunch times.
If you still feel passionately about your experience, please come talk to us so we can work toward mutual understanding or solutions.
