It’s a great place to live, with excellent management and facilities. The management staff are incredibly kind, and whenever you need help, they are always available and supportive

After spending a year here, I would still say the team is awesome. However the cleanliness and holding residents accountable for trash and smoking could use a little more work. Since living here I’ve seen trash and trash cans outside of doors, in violation of the rules provided. I can tell no one is being fined due to the continuous behavior. Hallways smell bad, ironically except for by the trash room(that scent is lovely). There has been this brownish slime on the windows for months & recently... a dead roach was chilling in the hall for about 2 months. Cigarette smoking has kicked back up in the stairwell. Elevator consistently smells like pet urine and isn’t cleaned for days. Starting to feel like living in a ran down motel. This is no problem of the property, but can’t open windows because the train smoke comes in and piles of black dirt builds up. Absolutely still love our apartment layout. Read More

The place is great with easy access and close to shops, parks and many places. The place is also maintained well with many amenities. The roof top view is enjoyable.

The place overall is good, just issues where the hallways are very dirty and people usually leave their trash outside their doors even way before valet trash pickup times, which makes the hallways stink and carpets dirty as well. Carpets and hallways need to be cleaned better.
