This quiet, private ADU is in the rear of our main house, in a quiet Willow Glen neighborhood. Water, PG & E, and garbage are included in the rent price. You will have a separate router and internet account, billed at $55/month.

So before we go too... far, we are both highly allergic to cats and dogs, so we will not consider any pets as part of the lease. You love your pet. They will make us sick. No need to ask for an exception.

The unit was built in 2021, huge bedroom, full kitchen, nice bathroom, and there is a shared laundry room. We can access it from our unit, and you can do so from your unit. The laundry room rests between the two units.

We also have a working "urban farm" with organic vegetables all year round. The winter planting is underway, and our heirloom tomatoes are enjoyed by all of the neighbors....and you too!

We share the deck, fire pit, and we even have an infrared sauna--great for optimal health. We also have a Big Green Egg BBQ for use.

Here's the trick.

Since we both share the grounds, both of us will want to have friendly relationships. We don't have to be BBFs, but we do have to coordinate well. We have done that with previous renters, and it has worked out really great.
