I enjoy living here and have been here almost for one year. I did have an issue earlier on, that after some pushing, I finally got solved. My biggest complaint is that they do not do window cleaning. You have these amazing large windows that are just filthy in the sun both in your apartment and hallways. The insides are clean, but the outsides really ruin the beauty. When I asked the office about this, they said they and corporate do not have plans to ever do window cleanings. Totally sad.

Fast and Friendly Maintenance Service
I submitted a maintenance request this morning for a broken toilet paper holder and a dishwasher leak. By 10 AM, a technician had already arrived — super prompt service! Everything was fixed in less than an hour. The technician, Rigo, was very friendly, polite, and efficient. Really appreciate the fast and professional support!

Great experience
Living at Hanover Soma West has been a really great year. It has all amenities if you like to entertain and have friends over, the floor plans and spacious closets are also something really well planned here.
