I do not recommend this property based on my experience living here for one year. Despite being a brand-new building, there are significant infrastructure and management issues.

We experienced random burst pipes that cut off water to the entire building. Following a water incident, building carpets remained soaked for days, raising serious concerns about potential mold growth. Hot water availability has been inconsistent, the internet connection is unreliable, and the amenities are... disappointing—the pool is unheated and the gym lacks standard cable machines. The package room is disorganized, often requiring significant time to find deliveries.

Additionally, renewal rent increases were high, approaching thirty percent. Total housing costs are driven up by expensive utilities and an ambiguous monthly boiler reimbursement fee. Management appears highly focused on touring prospective residents rather than addressing the day-to-day issues of current tenants.
