We are so grateful to 50 Jones staff and the community. We have lived here for 2 years now and cannot emphasize enough how responsive the entire 50 Jones Team is. Their customer service is bar none! From the beautiful housekeeping and upkeep at the property, to maintenance responding within hours to any issue we have had, to the wonderful security and leasing office: we are truly happy here at 50 Jones. The customer service has been exceptional. During the recent blackout, we felt safe as... security, the leasing office and management ensured only residents entered the building and kept us feeling safe and at ease; because it's a newer building the generators made sure lighting was available throughout. The gym is beautiful and having a washer and dryer in unit has been so convenient. The rooftop is great for relaxing with one the prettiest views. Definitely do not recommend
Went 3 months without carpet and nobody cared. They would not compensate me in any way. Didn’t even get an apology. A lot of people say we upgraded management haven’t seen much of a difference but if we did we downgraded Security for sure. They might dress more professional, but by all means they’re not. I’d rather talk to each other than to let you in when they know you live there. Amenities never work. The neighborhood is very, very poor. Do not recommend at all, especially if you have... children. Rent is overpriced too and you gotta pay an additional 400 for parking. With the rent we pay parking should be included. Even when you do pay for Parking it’s not secure, homeless people run in the garage and the building all the time. Bikes, getting broken into, bikes getting stolen.

Very poor communication. I was over charged late fee for no reason $50 for January and February. I have sent email to request for investigation. No one care to call me back.

Management allowed my ex partner into the building without authorization and maintenance actually opened the door to my apartment around 2/3am to allow him to enter unannounced and unaware.. woke up to him pulling me out of the bed by my hair.. they allowed and actually gave him access to my apartment 4 times. Im not feeling at all secure or to say this is a safe place, I will never be able to call this place ‘home’ Other than this, it’s a really beautiful building and I do really enjoy the... apartment for all it is.
