The Ice Cream Social that was held a couple of weeks ago was great! Lacy provided us with 6 different flavors to choose from, including rainbow sherbert and lots of toppings & Whipped cream too!
It was a very nice day as well.

This is an amazing apartment community with affordable pricing! Washer and dryer included in all the homes and its nice location.
Management is responsive and actually care about the residents!!!! ANISE has been a blessing for this community and making sure it is well maintained.

Had a very thorough and enlightening tour upon my visit and found the rooms and amenities to be absolutely modern, private, and fulfilling without compromise. Service offered by the leasing office was great, and they answered all questions without any issues.

Edson House is a perfect place to live. It has great amenities, friendly people, and it's located in downtown Oakland.
The staff here are some of the most hospitable people I've ever encountered. Sarah and Jacarre helped me with everything from making sure I'm able to apply (I'm international) to giving me a tour of the apartment when they were in a regional meeting (sorry guys!)
I really recommend this place!
