We live at The Wyatt in San Diego and we absolutely love it!
The building offers a great combination of comfort, modern design, and an excellent location, with amenities that truly enhance everyday living. The apartments are well designed, and the common areas are clean, stylish, and well maintained.
The community atmosphere is very pleasant, and the management team has been professional, responsive, and extremely helpful since day one. They made our move-in process smooth and have... always been quick to assist whenever we needed anything.
Overall, we highly recommend The Wyatt to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern place to live in San Diego. ???

The Wyatt is a great place to live especially if it’s your first place in downtown. It is a brand new community that opened mid-2024. That means new gym equipment, pool, community room, etc. The price for square footage is way less than other apartment complexes. They have in-unit washer and dryer. They also have garage parking. But for those that don’t want to drive, the trolley station is a short walk (about 3 blocks away) and there is a bus stop right at our complex. Best of all, if you do... choose to drive, 3 different freeways (163, 5, and 94) are easy to access from The Wyatt, with the 5 South on-ramp is just next to the Wyatt leasing office.
