A great place to live in Mission Valley
I recently moved to the Townsend and have been very happy living here thus far.
Management was genuinely cordial and accommodating throughout the leasing process. The apartment complex itself exudes classiness with the newest amenities and modern apartment features. Parking is easy with a 5-story garage down the hall, and the building feels quite secure with the courtesy patrol and access control system.
It is true that the Townsend (along with neighboring apartment complexes) are located next... to the 8 and 163 freeways. However, I can barely hear the noise through the soundproof windows. And, the upside of living next to the freeways is being centrally located, with all of San Diego within reach.

Live next to freeway?
You want to pay huuuge rent and live next to the pollution and noise of the 8 fwy? Go right ahead. We who have lived here for a long time are laughing at you.... and this building has the car park in the middle so yeah... you'll hear the cars coming and going. NO THANKS
