Amenity Rich Apartment w/ Excellent Customer Service
Had the pleasure of working with Natasha when we signed the lease. She was wonderful to work with and continues to be available & responsive. The location is a minute walk to the trolley & SDSU, and freeway close. Beautiful new apartments and amenities!

Beautiful Community!
I had a wonderful experience touring this apartment community with the manager Natasha. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable, making the entire tour enjoyable and informative. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, and located in a quiet, peaceful area. The amenities that really stood out was the gym it was well equipped, the pool and game room were impressive and inviting. Overall, this community left a great impression, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Phenomenal Living Area
I toured Atlas Alvarado with the apartment manager, Natasha, and had a phenomenal experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and made the whole tour super informative and enjoyable. The apartments are gorgeous and the location is so convenient for everyday living. The only setback was that I couldn’t move in as soon as I had hoped but I’m still hoping to call this place home soon. Highly recommend checking it out!
