Dirty, roaches, no bathroom exhaust.

Everytime you shower brown water drips all down your walls and your studio is suddenly damp! Roaches everywhere. Trust me don’t rent here.

The staff needs to communicate better.

They do not respect their tenants. Anytime you ask the leasing office for help the staff acts dismissive towards you.

I really love the location. Right near Petco and tons of restaurants and bars nearby as well. The staff is really great even when they hire new folks.
