We just left due to mold in our unit, looks like they put some paint over it & put it back on the market. We fell very sick due to living here. Don’t fall for it.

Don’t let the beauty and location fool you this place is full of problems from management to mold in the walls. Save your time energy money and mental live somewhere else

Overpriced Apartment
No notice on utilities charges increasing, $ 58/month for trash for 1 person, $20-30/ month for water and sewer, $ 3 for pest control, expect your electricity to run from $100-$200/month for one person with basic appliances and not working from home. If you used the website autopay, there is also convenience fee charges.
Rusty appliances, old/falling apart finishings, old rundown carpet in the hallways.
No Centralized AC or AC period
Elevator, Garage parking gate, Washer/Dryer takes turns in... being broken and there is no urgency in repairs, sometimes takes a few days and sometimes a few weeks.
Only 3 washers and 3 dryers for the whole building
Never ending construction work in and around the building
Very noisy and dirty surrounding
Most tenants have experienced being stolen from parking in the car garage and storing stuff in the car garage due to unmaintained fence or the garage being broken and would not closed
no security camera, just gate code and garage code that never gets changed.
Onsite manager is only available in person on tuesdays/thursdays, maintenance is only during tuesdays and thursdays from 1pm to 5pm.
