I love the Shift community. There are tons of good people. The staff and management are very professional and helpful. I highly recommend taking a tour of any of the model apartments and considering Shift to call your home.

The staff are friendly and always provide assistance within a reasonable time.
However, the elevator and the third-floor hallway carpet appear quite dirty and have an unpleasant odor.

I absolutely adore my home and the community of people I live amongst. Everyone is so kind to eachother. The roof is unbelievably beautiful especially at night when all the lights are lit up really emphasizing the city views and the bay/bridge. It is a pet friendly community and everyone picks up after their animals. It's very clean and tidy. Also, the no smoking rule is a plus!

I love the building. My apartment is so nice and feels very fancy. I love all the amenities and how nice and upscale the entire building is. Already feels worth it to live here!

So far I’m extremely happy with the building, I’m just bummed because my apartment is directly near the garbage deposal and the dumpster so there are thousands of fruit flies everywhere. Also certain payments that I’ve made haven’t been updated so every month I can’t pay my rent by mobile. I have to go to the bank, get a cashiers check and pay the accurate pricing. Just wish communication was better :(
