We are so happy to call the Rowyn home! It truly has everything you could ask for, from gorgeous apartment layouts and beautiful views of the city and mountains to great amenities and a prime location within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and Balboa Park. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions.

Living at Rowyn is like being at a 5 star resort. The amenities are top tier and the staff is amazing. I love the comfort I feel being a resident at Rowyn. Extremely happy with Management and Maintenance if needed. They go above and beyond to ensure we are doing well and are happy. I love living here.

The Rowyns proximity to food, nightlife, and Balboa park are already enough for a pretty high quality of life score but it gets better. The property really took care when choosing the design and feel of common spaces/amenities. The choices in color, furnishings, and auditory design, create an environment that is both inviting and upscale. The finishes in my unit are beautiful and I never hear any noise from the hallway. Both leasing staff and maintenance have been very welcoming and responsive.... The one obstacle I had the most reservations around was the electric oven (there's a bread proofing setting) but all my bakes have turned out really well! Read More
