If you are looking for a true sense of community, this is it. The management and leasing team are absolutely wonderful. From the very first day of my move-in, they were welcoming, communicative, and incredibly accommodating. Any time I have submitted a maintenance request, their team has responded within 24-48 hours and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. What really makes this place stand out is the neighborhood vibe. It is a quiet, well-maintained, and pet-friendly environment... where the neighbors are genuinely kind and respectful. The complex frequently hosts food trucks, which makes it so easy to grab a bite to eat and meet your neighbors.

I really like this area, but the rent is too high. I wouldn't recommend anyone that I know to move over here unless they was rich, but the grounds are kept nice and the units are nice. I have a concern with all the pets that runs around here I don't even understand how you guys keep it together like you do, but thank you.

I have lived at Riveredge Terrace for over 8 years and I have had a wonderful experience! The office and maintenance staff are super friendly, professional and always make sure residents are happy and that their concerns are taken care of. I highly recommend these luxury apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Good but everyone follows any rules . Had a visitor car towed even though visitor permit was approved. Nobody ever did anything about this matter cost me 400 dollars to retrieve the vehicle from the tow yard.
