If you like the Resort type feeling in an apartment building. Palisade UTC would be the place.
Living here close to 5 years and walking through the doors of this beautiful place never gets old.
Not only that . . . you get to stroll the Mall as much as you like.
This is a HOME. And I would like to give recognition to the staff ( headed by Angela) who everyday go out of their way to make it feel just
THAT !

I am one of the first 34 people to move into this wonderful community and I am now here 6 years. I’m very happy here and couldn’t wish for a better more wonderful community.
If you are looking for a wonderful place to call home, there isn’t a better community here in San Diego.
