Honestly, finding a place to call home and was affordable/flexible with price was very hard to do in San Diego especially looking for a good area for the family. This is definitely a place where expectations aren’t just met, they went above and beyond.

It has been a great joy living at The Mason Townhomes. The staff are amazing—always friendly, smiling, and attentive. Ingrid runs a wonderful team, from ensuring quick responses to any maintenance issues, to Daniella and Chris always being ready to answer questions and help keep the community running smoothly in the front office.
One of my favorite things is how well-groomed and consistently clean the entire community is. I’m especially grateful for all the community events that make Epoca feel... like one big family. I’m excited to continue watching my family grow here at The Mason.
A special thanks to Jorge for always taking care of maintenance in our home and for keeping a dog treat ready for the neighborhood pups.

Were we are located the internet goes out a lot. You will pay close to 1,000 on top of rent just for utilities monthly. I do not recommend
