I recently moved into this apartment community, and I’ve been incredibly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free. The property is clean, modern, and very well maintained, and you can tell the management team takes pride in keeping everything in excellent condition. My apartment is beautiful, with a thoughtful layout, updated finishes, and plenty of natural... light. The amenities are fantastic, and I appreciate how quiet, safe, and comfortable the community feels. It’s also in an amazing location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and everything downtown has to offer. Any questions I’ve had have been answered quickly, and the team has gone above and beyond to make me feel at home.

It is a very quiet welcoming community. I have loved living here for the last 1.5 years and plan on staying even longer! I very rarely hear my upstairs neighbors or neighbors to my left or right and the many monthly community events are invigorating.

Leasing team was Awesome and helpful, made the hassle of moving so easy. Love all the amenities and the huge gym. Easy access to Gaslamp or the trolley. A couple minute walk to school for me. And a amazing apartment.

Parking is awful and one of the reason why I’ll be ending my 5 year stay at Idea One. The security guards are never to be found and will tow a car when moving in or setting up for an event (even when the front office gave prior approval). Everything else is fine.
