When I approached Idea1, I had just moved and found myself in a very difficult housing situation. I was eager to make a change and was fortunate to connect with Chris, who truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment. I am now almost a week into my new home and could not be happier with the move.
Chris made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I previously lived at Idea1 when the property was managed by Greystar, and it is clear how much care Fairview has put into the... building since then. I am very much looking forward to my tenancy here.

Great vibe, great staff, apartment common areas nice and clean everyday. I love the amenities. Building is well secured with gated building and scan keys, well lit frie day dog environment. I e joy living here very much.

It’s a lovely community that’s FOR residents. The building alone is fantastic, from a 24 gym to a sundeck and jacuzzi and parking. They cater to residents by hosting a plethora of events in the complex and around the community partnering with local business. They’re easy to work with and are efficient at accommodating any and all needs. Couldn’t recommend living here enough!
