overall, it's a nice place to live clean, quiet, and well-maintained. However, the management can be overly strict at times, with rules that feel a bit excessive or rigid. It would be nice to see a more balanced, resident-friendly approach when it comes to enforcing policies

If you are looking for a luxurious, relaxing community with amazing amenities this is the one!
Recently toured the community with my wife! Beautiful amenities love how all the community is brand new something you cannot find in the city of poway! I really like how not all the amenities are just in one building, they are separated which makes it fun and enjoyable for evening walks without having to leave the community. They have garages and storages which is extremely convenient. This community is on top of my list as I will be moving soon! Highly recommend to tour! Thank you Aure for... explaining everything in detail and being patient with us! I did not feel rushed at all when touring, thanks again Aure! Overall, the community is new and have high end amenities! Love the gas stoves and the fact that they are brand new!
