Overall we love this community. All of the staff and management are great and easy to work with. They keep the place very nice and clean which is important as more tenants come. The only thing I think needs improvement is the pet park is fake grass and it smells horrendous, I refuse to use or go near it because the stench is horrid I think it should be real grass so that way the stink doesn't stay because essentially fake grass is like carpet and just absorbing all the urine. Hopefully the new... let park will also be real grass. Other than that it's been great and we renewed our lease here.

We understand how important it is for this space to be clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for all residents and pets. Odor issues with artificial turf can definitely be frustrating, and your comments help us better understand how it’s impacting your experience. We’re currently pressure washing the park several times a week and your suggestion about real grass is being taken into consideration as we evaluate future updates, including the new pet park design.
