I’ve noticed some improvement, but some issues still take a long time to resolve—such as doors not functioning properly or remaining propped open, which creates security concerns. The gates also seem to break down frequently and require repeated fixes. It feels like a never-ending issue.

My partner and I have been loving our stay here. It’s our first time living together, and so far it’s been a great experience. The building is quiet, and living on the top floor was definitely the best decision—we almost picked the third floor and are so glad it worked out the way it did. We haven’t had the chance to fully enjoy the amenities yet, but everything else has been smooth. The only issue we ran into was a minor maintenance request that we ended up fixing ourselves. Other than that,... the front office staff have always been helpful and friendly. Just a heads-up: parking on the public street can be tricky at times due to tight spots and some people not parking considerately.

The tour we had was that great we moved into a unit the same month. The pool & hot tub, sky deck and especially the gym sold us immediately, not just that but even looking at the different size units was so fascinating because it was just right
