The place was cool, they were really strict on parking which I liked. The apartment was pretty spacious even if you had a roommate. The hallways looked creepy though, every wall is a different color which was odd. Alot of parties so if you are one of those people that dont like that this is not the place for you. Everything was fine until I moved out. If you want to break your lease, you cant just leave, you have to find a replacement for your place, just a reminder for when you move in. They... told me to try Facebook groups, so I did, found a new roommate and we both went into the leasing office to sign the papers. I had moved and then I call them back to give me a follow up about my roommate moving in and they straight up told me that they did not have any information on file proving that I had found a new roommate to replace me in my apartment, so I was still liable for the rent. I was so confused, I had to call them so many times to ask why there was no information on file about my new roommate and I, they got mad at me, I had to reach out to the manager. Turns out someone did not input the information into my account. Then they had to send me my deposit, it took four months to send me my deposit. I had to call to figure out what was taking so long and they said it was lost in transit and they had to send it again. Incredibly rude staff and management. Very dirty living conditions. And unreliable transportation. Anywhere is better than 5025.

Staff does their best to match you with roommates similar to your interests. Buildings are secured. Maintenance crew is super responsive towards maintenance requests. I love that the apartment comes with a gym, study room, and free printing. The shuttle is great when needing to head to SDSU or buy groceries and Trader Joe’s. Rent is affordable and have not had any issues.

I love living here so far. I really like that they match you with roommates based on a questionnaire. It is very convenient having the apartment come furnished. The clubhouse amenities are great because I like to workout and it’s really nice having the printer for school assignments.

Fifty Twenty Five provides great living conditions such as a spacious kitchen with a clean common living area. The furnishes they provide are better than most places with a plenty of areas to store your belongings. Services are great with helpful staff that respond fairly quickly to maintenance requests. The apartment also puts on games and giveaways to the residents.
