This is a great place to live and the rent is quite reasonable. Professionally staffed and managed under one roof. Walking to everything the city has to offer, and the Trolley is close by. Gorgeous rooftop deck with sweeping views of the city!

The building structure is good, the location is outstanding (aside from the drug dealers and their customers a block away), and the current admin/maintenance team is on a roll. A few cameras and a security guard making sure nobody is camped in the building at night would make this place almost too good.
