My husband and I absolutely love the amazing staff at Cielo. Amanda and Maria are fantastic managers—always friendly, communicative, and thoughtful, especially with the fun community events they organize. Yolanda does a phenomenal job keeping the building spotless, and Neptali is incredibly reliable with maintenance and upkeep. Their hard work truly makes this place feel like home!

For the past 7 months, the maintenance have been cutting corners on repairs (which the Cielo community manager Amanda admitted to me) therefore just doing temporary fixes that lead to bigger problems. This caused my recent electric bill to be $552.14 due to my hvac system operating improperly. Amanda also said there are several other tenants experiencing this same issue. Management here is unfit to solve problems and instead creates new ones. They have no empathy or desire to come to fair... resolutions. I do not recommend living here.

The experience moving and settling into Cielo has been a breeze and above expectation. My Fiance and I are in love with the space, building location, and access to so many great amenities. Management is extremely friendly and easy to work with as well as security. We’re loving this new chapter in Little Italy and it’s hugely in part of loving where we live in Cielo.
