I will have resided here in the same unit for 20 years in a couple of months. Suffice to say I have enjoyed living here as 2 decades is not the average apartment dweller stay in the USA. I enjoy the attached garage as well as the washer and dryer in the unit which were rare to find 20 yrs ago when I was last in the market for an apartment.

I think we pay a rental rate to have a pleasant experience, but there are always issues that arise from time to time preventing us from enjoying or feeling completely satisfied.

Contacted Casoleil office message went to voicemail office staff busy, received a phone call back within 10 minutes. Maintenance courteously and efficiently took care of matter in less than 15min. Thank you Casoleil!
