I’ve had a very positive experience living here. The apartment size is great compared to other places I toured, and the complex itself is always clean and well maintained. The location is also very convenient since it’s close to a shopping center, a movie theater, and has easy freeway access.
One thing I really appreciated when moving in was the welcome package. Being greeted with a care package that included basics like a roll of toilet paper, paper towels, small dish soap with a scrub, and a... small trash bin was very thoughtful and made the move-in experience feel more welcoming.
I also like that there are plenty of green areas to walk around, which makes the community feel pleasant and relaxing. The community events, like having street vendors come by, are also a really neat touch and help create a nice atmosphere.
