THE LIVING AREA

The room are air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, Y0uTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even a game console.

The bedrooms are furnished with 3 Queen beds with cozy linens and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep.

• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite.

• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation.

• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests.

• How far is the home from specific locations? Use G00gle Maps with "Churchward St, San Diego, CA 92114" for accurate distances.

• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day.

• If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered.

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking.

• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Because our family cleans our home, we don't charge any $0 cleaning fee. In return, we hope guests treat our home like their own.
