The community includes 14 apartments and a 1930s era commercial building which features an exciting modern Filipino restaurant, White Rice Bodega. The apartments... consist of 1 bedroom loft concepts and studios. All spaces are uniquely different but focus on the same fundamentals of quality natural light and indoor-outdoor connectivity. Every apartment has its own private outdoor space and most apartments have soaring 20’ tall ceilings and spiral stair cases that lead up to a sleeping loft.
