There is currently no vacancies in this eight-story new build. We are looking to have someone join our lease through its end. You would be the only one residing in the space or with your co-applicant. If you had applied for one of Kaya's vacancies, the average costs including base rent, utilities, Wi-Fi and common area charges such as water, trash and recycling are roughly $4,000 per month. If you wanted to move forward, we'd then share a link to the developments rental application where you will apply. Once approved by the Kaya leasing team, you would be added as a lessee on our lease. Prior to the lease termination of January 31st 2027, you can then decide at that time if you wanted to have your own lease, as we would not be renewing. Need parking?
