Absolutely love my home!! Current resident 5+ years!!!

The grounds are always well kept neat and clean. If and when issues arise Anna and Salvador are quick to accommodate our needs. I personally would recommend this property to friends and family. Thank you Villa Regia!

Love it here!

Moved into a studio apartment and its a really great space and everything is new and in great condition. I love that there is a pool and a workout area ( when it opens up after the pandemic) and gated parking too making it feel a lot safer. Ana is amazing and helped me through the whole process of applying and moving in. I am really happy I ended up here and look forward to staying :)

I love this place!

It’s so calm and peaceful. I never have a problem with the noise. My mainence requests are always handled within 24 hours. Staff is very friendly and the new remodel looks great! I’ve been living here for about 4 months now and I recommend Villa Regia to all my friends and family!
