Dirty establishment and lack of maintenance
The establishment is in poor conditions. Pest infestation everywhere. Also unsafe for students theres has been multiple police activity since I moved here a couple of months ago. Also some of the units are abandoned and many homeless have broken into them. Overall this place lacks any livable conditions.

Why choose Element Student Living
I’ve really enjoyed living here. The complex is nice, quiet, and the landscaping is always kept up. The office staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance, and maintenance has been responsive. I like the location and overall it’s been a positive living experience for
