Management is awesome! A great option for students or individuals who can’t find housemates. The rates are very competitive. Super close to sac state, and across the street for Target! Amenities are awesome: pool table, basketball court, access to printing machine and more! Staff also always plan for events with raffles pretty often.

I love having my own bathroom and having a washer and dryer that works in my unit.

1) property and leasing manager will not help anybody. If you write them a single paragraph email regarding an important incident, they will respond with a 3 sentence email.
2) their camera footage seems to 'somehow' disappear
3) roaches, so many outside
4) maintenance staff, specifically the bald man is rude and WILL talk trash about you inside your own home for putting in a maintenance request

The only good thing about the staff here are the sweet women who work the front desk, they are so... kind. And the leasing manager has been rude to them IN FRONT OF ME. Read More
