New property but started moving tenants in before even in livable conditions. My stove and hot water did not work for 2 weeks upon moving in. The area is flooded with homeless people and drug use right outside the building. Multiple breaks in on the property resulting in police being called. Car break ins regularly. Very hard to get in touch with management and consistently given unreliable information. There are better places for better prices nearby.
