i recently moved into quail pointe and i am so happy with my decision.
the ladies in the office are so friendly and helpful, maintenance guys are very prompt and quick.
SO much better than my last complex. i highly recommend!

We came by to check out the property and we really loved the newly renovated unit. The property manager was super helpful and answered all of questions and explained their easy application process.

Very rude management. They rarely are in the office, do not fix basic maintenence issues after multiple request, never answer the phone, and the gates seem to be open constantly. This is supposed to be a gated apartment complex. There is zero dignity given to you from management. The manager does not care and seems to have a huge chip on her shoulder. This place is a joke. There are better options out there.

Aye bruh there are roaches everywhere no cap dawg. Also the maintenance people are delayed no cap and the people are loud bruh no cap. The roaches be everywhere and the raid bug spray don’t work no cap.
