This property is beautiful. I love all the water features, the ducks.
The staff is very friendly.
Candice and Leila are very helpful and super nice.
Maintenance is on top of everything.
The property is so clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I’ll start by saying that this place was the one we were looking forward to this place the most and had already decided that we were going to rent here. We just needed to tour the place to see how everything was in person. I’m glad we did. We are from out of town, so the amount of time and places we had to visit were limited to the weekend we were visiting.

Nevertheless, we had an appointment. We were greeted by Paityn, one of the management team, when we got to our appointment time and... immediately told that they didn’t have a place to show us. They had apparently had the unit “cleaned” and were unable to show us the newly cleaned apartment. Paityn then told us that if we had come “an hour earlier” (to our scheduled appointment?) that they would have had something to show us. We were confused because we had an appointment for 4:00, which they scheduled as we wanted an earlier time and they said they could only accommodate 4:00. So not only were we free earlier in the day, but they gave us a later appointment and then chastised us for not coming earlier.

Nevertheless, we were still excited about the place and wanted to see more. After walking us around the building and showing us what units we *could* have seen if we had shown up when we wanted to rather than our scheduled appointment time. Paityn did not show us around any other places but then brought us back to the office to show us pictures of the apartment that were the same pictures already uploaded online.

A complete disrespect of our time.

To make matters worse, we were so intent on wanting to live here that we offered to come back within the weekend we were visiting to see a renovated place. Paityn gave us a number to call and check the next day to see if the unit was available to tour and, when we did, another person altogether answered the phone and had no idea of our situation. Paityn had passed the problem onto someone else instead of working with us.

Unfortunately, despite our initial enthusiasm, we could not justify the blatant disrespect of prospective tenets and asked ourselves “if this is how they treat us now, how much worse do they treat people who actually live here?” Read More

Recently moved here from another local complex and I could not be happier. Office and maintenance staff are kind and always make sure I am taken care of with any questions I have or issues with my apartment (which so far has been a light going out and one plumbing issue).
My favorite part about this community though, are the beautiful water features that flow throughout the entire community!

Peaceful area, spacious units and nice office staff!

I have been living here for over 6 months now and am thoroughly pleased by the property and its staff. First off, the property itself is beautiful with streams and water features running through out the entire property that make for some great walks and give off a peaceful sense to the whole property. Our office staff are very kind and the couple times I have called them for an issue with my apartment it was handled swiftly by the maintenance team.
