Please don't move into these apartments, between the poor upkeep and management it'll have you in disbelief. Trying to get a hold of management is impossible. No one ever answers the phone. Their excuse is "I manage two properties, you can email me." First off this is a business, what business do you know that doesn't answer the phone? In other words you're saying you're incapable of managing two properties. Hmmmm, so maybe just maybe you might need a second apartment manager. There are homeless... encampments in front of the apartment complex all the time and guess where they use the bathroom? The parking is nonexistent and the apartments tow company will come randomly. So if your car is parked in the red, handicap, or wrong parking spot be prepared to pay $200+. The city is ALWAYS doing work on the Main Street. Forcing people to move their cars elsewhere. But to where? There is no additional parking anywhere else unless you park across the street at the businesses. Pray they don't tow your car. The city also will shut off the water and not notify you. They'll state it was an emergency, but it was actually planned. Illegal. It takes maintenance two months to complete a work order, so don't count on anything being fixed. There's bird crap in the pool, beware of that. I had an issue in my backyard to where water was leaking out of a pipe. After a month of waiting for a "vendor" to come out, they entered the backyard and removed a screw from the gate. Mind you the gate was already unlocked, so there was no need to remove a screw. Had the nerves to leave the gate like that. Now if I tell you there's a problem with my unit, what would possess you to come over here and create another problem? I asked management what happened and was told "I dOn'T knOw" ". Still waiting 3 weeks later. A special type of slow
