Honest Review
Me and my sister moved into the apartments recently and it was such a smooth transition! I can firmly say that Sondra was a big part of the transition into the establishment. She was persistent and very professional and made me and my sister feel extremely comfortable during the whole process! This apartment building is pet friendly and for my fur baby and has a wonderful homey aesthetic!

Wonderful Experience and Great Service from Anthony!
I recently applied to Arbor Ridge 1 and was approved, and I have to say the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Anthony was absolutely amazing — very professional, patient, and helpful every step of the way. He answered all my questions quickly and made sure I understood everything about the application process. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. I’m really looking forward to moving in and would highly recommend Arbor Ridge 1 to anyone looking for a... great place to live with excellent management!

Hidden Gem
My property really is a hidden gem here in Sacramento. I have been living here for a year now and I would recommend it to anyone. The staff is so friendly and helpful and you don’t find that much here anymore. We now have a standing guard who walks the property all night and I love it being right on Roseville Road. Makes it very convenient to get just about anywhere in Sacramento if you ever get a chance, stop by and see for yourself.
