Welcome to Arbor Ridge 2 — where apparently the rats and cockroaches are considered permanent residents. You’ll see them inside the apartments, outside the buildings, and especially during winter. They even move into cars parked in the lot like they’re paying rent too.

The cockroaches come out from the electric outlet covers, rats run around in the attic, and somehow management still raises rent around 5% every year.

Some of the bathrooms also have mold issues, but instead of actually fixing... it properly, they just spray paint over it and call the apartment ready for the next tenant.

Be careful walking around because dog poop is everywhere like hidden landmines. And don’t get too excited about the pool — it stays clean for maybe a month during June or July before going downhill again.
