Very poor management, serious maintenance issues, and unacceptable living conditions
AC does not work at all, only runs a fan and makes the air humid without cooling. During cold days, there was no proper heating and I had to buy an electric heater. Maintenance requests are delayed or ignored. A leaking faucet was left until Friday, then a technician removed the valve parts and left without fixing it, leaving the entire apartment without water. Emergency service said they could only come the next day. Bathroom use was restricted for a long time due to repairs below, and... management refused temporary accommodation, suggesting we could move out. Requests are sometimes marked completed without any work done. Overall, poor service that does not match the price.

Awesome Place!!!!
I’ve been living at Auburn Walk for a while now, and I’m very happy with this apartment community. The grounds are well-maintained and beautifully landscaped, with plenty of flowers and trees that create a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-designed, making everyday living very comfortable.
The amenities are also excellent. The covered parking is a big advantage, especially on hot or rainy days. The pool and the gym are kept in great condition,... making it easy to stay active.
Another major benefit is the great park located nearby, perfect for walks and spending time outdoors. There are also sports courts in the area, which is very convenient for anyone who enjoys an active lifestyle.
The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the staff is always helpful and quick to resolve any questions. You can really feel the care and attention given to the residents.
Auburn Walk is a wonderful place for comfortable and peaceful living in Sacramento!

Great area for you and your family
Everyone is very friendly. I love the fact that there is on site security that makes sure me and other residents are safe and at peace. I love living here because it's always well kept, clean, and quiet. I love that we don't have to worry about theft and can trust my neighbors.

Look no further!
Not only is arbor walk apartments a peaceful place to live, they have direct access to public transportation right out front of the apartment. Arbor walk has a park right across the street as well. If you need food and drinks, there's a few places to purchase food without having to go too far. If you're looking for convenience, then this is for you

Love it here!
I appreciate living in arbor walk apartments and the time maintenance takes to make sure we're well taken care of. When I needed help installing my ring camera, maintenance stopped by and helped set my front door camera up. I love the fact that I don't have to wait very long to get help with needs in my apartment.
