Please see below for tenant criteria. The following are the rental criteria from the prospective tenant for tenant acceptance at 5966 Walerga Rd., 2A (room for rent) upon screening by a third party:
1. Credit Score of at least 700 reported by credit reporting agencies such as Equifax or TransUnion.
2. Only 2 people maximum may apply for the room.
3. No pets allowed.
4. The applicant(s) has lived in at least 2 rentals in the last 5 years.
5. Provides last 2 months’ of bank statement(s). The applicant bank statements are required to show excellent financial history.
6. Provide last 3 pay day period pay stubs to show the applicant makes a gross income of 3x the monthly rent in monthly income. If more than one, then the combined gross incomes must make 3x the monthly rent.
7. Provide a scan of ID and SS number to fully approve the application. In addition, the applicant must be able to present a current photo identification when asked for in person such as a driver’s license or passport so the screener can verify applicant identity. This is authorizing the third party screening to verify all information provided in the rental application from credit sources, credit agencies, current and prior landlords and employers, personal references and allow a criminal background check.
8. 3 references including contact information of the last 2 landlords they were tenants under.
9. Have no prior evictions.
10. Provide full name.
11. Have no money judgments, collections, or unreported amounts due to previous landlords.
12. Have no utility bills in collection or unpaid (including cable, phone, call phones, etc.).
13. Have no liens of any kind on Applicants’ credit report.
14. Provide work number for employment and provide phone number for employer with the ability to reach HR or authorities in charge of hiring/employment documentation at the place of work. If not available or if applicant doesn’t have a worker number, provided representative associated with that provided phone number shall be able to verify employment status at place of work shown in the paystubs. Applicant is to personally verify that this can be done prior to submitting application and indicate that this is true on application.
15. Provide $30 application fee (no cash).
