Sketchy

I live in a separate complex that backs up to Lone Pine and their parking lot is on the other side of my fence. Not only do they park right up against the fence pushing my fence in but I have repeatedly had garbage and food thrown over the fence into my yard and at my slidng glass door. Not to mention the garbage disposed of on the other side of the fence (mattress. etc.) I have made repeated calls to complex office number listed online to no avail. All I can say is in 5 years I've had numerous... problems from this complex.

Place needs work but it’s getting there

I’ve Lived here through 3 management changes and it has changed a lot since. Current manager is a previous tenant who lived there and understands the issues they were having here. Previous management didn’t care so much but when their family taking over, changes have come. One change I’ve noticed is the complex is a lot cleaner since new management has came in and cleaned out all the trashy people, the grounds are more cleaner and there’s more money invested in picking up the place and bringing... value

I’ve never had “rotches” or ROACHES as they’re called, it’s all in the way of living and how clean you keep your house. sewer back ups did happen but I’ve noticed anytime I’ve seen it, she’s has the plumber here to clear and clean up the grounds and sanitize the area the grounds and pressure wash, despite what the other reviews say. That review sounds like someone was mad they weren’t paying rent and had to leave. I’ve never had roaches or any issue with bugs and I’ve seen rodents only outside, never inside. Owners and management cannot control how you live in your house.

This place is getting better day by day and I’ll be back to update in 3 months if I’m still here if I still feel the same

If you’re looking for a roof, quick turn around and a place to lay your head, this is the place.

Getto Trashy

this place is poorly maintained and a breeding ground for rat's and rotches. Management is a former tenet who has no experience as a manager and seems more concerned with her area rather then the grounds. What "grass" area they do have is full of weeds and fox tails NO GRASS. Plus constant sewer back-ups and the grounds are not even sanitized after.
