While the price point may be enticing, the actual living experience will be a non-stop headache.
The most glaring issue is the complete lack of property maintenance. Repairs take weeks—sometimes months—to get addressed, even for urgent issues like plumbing and broken water heaters. Requests in the resident portal are routinely marked as "completed" without anyone ever stepping foot in the apartment. Common areas are rarely cleaned, and basic security measures like entry gates and hallway lights... remain broken for long stretches.
Management is virtually non-existent once you sign the lease. The office staff is consistently unhelpful, dismissive, and nearly impossible to reach by phone or email. They've gone through 3-4 property managers in the past year.
Between the paper-thin walls, deferred maintenance, and management that treats tenants as a nuisance rather than paying residents, this complex is completely overpriced for what it offers. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration: look somewhere else!

No Management on site
No laundry on site as advertised. Safety issues with Gates not operating properly. Dogs roaming the property. Unresponsive management.

Property Management went to Hell
Do not rent here. Laundry facilities have been out for the whole complex for almost 2 months, no on-site property manager to assist if any issues arise. Used to be a nice place to live before new property management took over.

Customer service
Wow! I called to ask about vacancies for the next month. The lady who answered the phone was anything but nice. She made it easy for me to cross them off the list of places to see. Of course if you have no vacancies, there is no need to be customer friendly.

7 Years!
We have lived at these apartments for about 7 years. The best thing about the Sago Apartments is having a manager that lives on the property and having a manager like Terry. Any problems that we have and she takes care of them right away, no runarounds. And it always feels safe here, and the remodeling they are doing is fantastic... new doors and floors! Very up to date and very nice.
