Property Management went to Hell
Do not rent here. Laundry facilities have been out for the whole complex for almost 2 months, no on-site property manager to assist if any issues arise. Used to be a nice place to live before new property management took over.

Customer service
Wow! I called to ask about vacancies for the next month. The lady who answered the phone was anything but nice. She made it easy for me to cross them off the list of places to see. Of course if you have no vacancies, there is no need to be customer friendly.

7 Years!
We have lived at these apartments for about 7 years. The best thing about the Sago Apartments is having a manager that lives on the property and having a manager like Terry. Any problems that we have and she takes care of them right away, no runarounds. And it always feels safe here, and the remodeling they are doing is fantastic... new doors and floors! Very up to date and very nice.

Sago the way to go!
As a resident of Sago Apts for the past four years, I am proud to be a tenant. During this time I have been treated with kindness through the management. I have been fortunate to have all maintenance needs met in a timely manner. The gardening and general maintenance of the building have been cared for as though it were my own home... Residents are screened and residents respect each other has been my experience.
