Pros: - Slightly cheaper rent than surrounding area - Underground parking - No roaches - Gym
Cons: - Property management does not respond to maintenance requests until contacted multiple times - Ants - Loud neighbors - Constant breaking down of laundry machines and elevator - Packages were stolen - Constant texts about people parking illegally in the structure - Almost no neighborhood parking and lots of it is 1 hour - No A/C - Old building with just cosmetic improvements, so lots of issues... with things breaking down
Could not wait to leave and they did not pay the full deposit for things that were already broken when we moved in
