They refuse to water any of the lawns and all we have is dead grass or weeds. The dog poop station is never cleaned so weeks of poop accumulate drawing lots of flies and bees because prople also use it as a regular trashcan. Never any poop bags available so we have to buy our own. People just throw their trash on the ground right in front of the dumpsters, even when they arent full. The inside of the units are nice enough, but very small. When you need to call the office after hours, it... never goes to voicemail, just rings forever. I have live here for almost 10 months now and I love it I recommend it to my family and friends. The staff mainly Lauren is so nice. She has always been very kind and sweet and always takes time to hear what I have to say. Our apartment is so super cozy and beautiful. We have lived here since before new management and they have turned this complex around. Bad neighbors have left, outside looks beautiful, the office staff is very nice and have gone above and beyond to make me feel at home.
