If I could give this place no stars I would! The landlord tries to double charge you rent, never updates any of the carpets or flooring. Out apartment had a terrible spot by the kitchen window where the floor was caving in, landlord did absolutely nothing about it. Was promised new blinds when we moved in because more than half were missing when we got there, never replaced them. The stain on the carpets were there before we moved in, we cleaned the apartment to look better than it looked when... we got it. The carpet is loose all around the layout. Landlord is never there, office is always closed, no receipts for rent(so they had no proof that we actually paid, so we used money orders to get our end of the receipts to back ourselves.) neighbors kept to themselves, which was always nice. 0/10 do not recommend.
