It has two entrances, one door access to the hallway of the inside house, connected with hallway, bathroom, kitchen, etc. Another entrance is private entrace from outside driveway, it has two doors: a wood and a metal door, connected with a small porch with a few steps. The room has nice tile flooring, ceiling fan, whole wall big windows, and fireplace, built- in shelves, etc. It is located in the backside of the house, away from the street, so it is very quilted and comfortable. The parking spot is right ourside or the entrance on the drive way, jest few steps from parking to the room, very convience. This parking space fee include in the rent.
