Code §12955(o), for applicants with rental vouchers or subsidies, the income threshold will be calculated based on the amount of rent that will be paid by the tenant (not the entire rent amount); (5) verify your previous landlord references; and (6) perform a criminal background screening. We encourage you not to apply if you have credit score below 500, have ever been evicted, have a bad rental history, or have utility accounts in collections.
WE REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE LANDLORD LIABILITY INSURANCE. You will have the ability to provide your own from a carrier of your choice.
