The House is Approximately 700 SqFt Living Area. 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, Kitchen includes Microwave Only. New flooring in bedrooms. Ceramic flooring throughout rest of house.
Application fee is a Non-Refundable per applicant for credit/background check(s) that is required when submitting your application.
All applicants must be willing and able to provide documentation to support income requirement. Must show 2 months of bank statements, 2 years of continuous employment history. Total combined gross monthly income to show 3x’s the monthly rent.
Must show clean credit with no prior evictions or bankruptcy within the past 7 years.
NO PETS, NO Smoking/Vaping nor use of any recreational drugs or illegal fire arms anywhere on premises.
There is an 8'x 12' Metal Shed for Storage if needed. Storage other than in the Storage shed is not allowed. No Storage of any unused or non-operational vehicles.
Wifi included for 1 year. Tenants pay own Electricity and Gas. Gas supply is by Propane Tank, a Tank can be provided for an additional small deposit. Tenants pay for own refills.
Water included, paid by owner.
