Poorly managed. Apartment keeps breaking down and has been for weeks. Garage Gate has been broken down for almost a month. Promised Police patrolling but havent seen anyone. Bikes have been stolen because of this. There is one maintenance man for all of the apartments and mgmt refuses to hire additional help so repairs take days. We expressed our concerns and asked for concessions since we pay for these things and they dont provide and the COO of the company tells me if I dont like it "Move... out." They also raise the rent 6% annually on the dot. DO NOT RENT HERE.
