Great location, walkable to old town restaurants and bars. Front office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful in resolving any issue I have brought up thus far. Building is always clean and well maintained. Quiet building and residence.

The staff has been first rate. Everyone from the manager to the staff has been warm and welcoming. I love the dog run and washing station. Maybe the best part is location. We were just relocated from Altadena and really enjoy being able to walk around Old Town Pasadena.

Spectacular location. Within 1 minute of 134 and 210 FWY entrances. Walking distance to old town Pasadena. Extraordinary amenities that are well maintained and cared for. Friendly and helpful staff that is quick to respond to your concerns. Leasing personnel is responsive and helpful.

Lived here almost 5 years and there is no other property in this area that I would even consider. The place is ALWAYS clean, amenities always work and in excellent condition, management is prompt, friendly and takes care of any issues. Resort style living in the city
