This beautiful, bright, spacious, and tastefully decorated Master Bedroom with an attached private bathroom has... everything you need for your convenience, just bring your suitcase and you are home. This room has two closets (including a walking closet), a brand new modern ceiling fan, a brand new queen size bed, a 50" TV, a coffee station with espresso maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge with separate freezer, foldable desk with storage, a small sofa with marble top coffee table. New furniture, appliances, and linens (provided). The room has a separate private entrance. There is a washer/dryer just outside the room, and you will have access to the brand new newly renovated kitchen and the front patio. There are two barbecues in the pool area but you will also have access to the private one on the patio. The front patio is equipped with a couch, where you can relax after a long day's work, and a barbecue. The room is steps away from a tennis court and 4 pickle ball courts, the pool & jacuzzi (but not just next to them so it is very quiet). This nice and quiet landscaped complex is conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown, 8 minutes from Desert Hospital, and 18 minutes from Eisenhower Hospital. Parking area is off the street. I am the only one living here with my small sweet dog.

The complex is gated, well manicured, and quiet. It is very conveniently located 2.3 miles from downtown, where you'll find a large variety of restaurants, shops, the Thursday Street Fair, as well as the PS Art Museum. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway the world's largest rotating tram car, is only 9 miles away/15 minutes for a complete change of scenery and climate. The Palms is located near shopping, parks and golf. There are also many hiking and cycling trails right outside the door.

* Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
* Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself, no dirty dishes left in the sink or counter.
* No pets allowed; I have a small and very sweet dog.
* Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first.
* Please be respectful of quiet hours.
